Pam Morton is the Agency Owner and Broker for Benefits by Design, and she brings over 20 years of experience in corporate health care insurance, working with the major health insurance companies in all market segments, including: Small Group, Large Group, National Accounts, Specialty Products, and Individual and Family Plans, as well as Medicare. That experience gives Pam an intimate understanding of product and compliance knowledge, as well as industry relationships that she brings to the benefit of our team and clients.


Pam has a B.A. in Communications from California State University Fullerton.
