Pam Morton
President and CEO
Pam Morton brings over 25 years of experience in corporate health care insurance, working with some of the major health insurance companies in all market segments, including: Small Group, Large Group, National Accounts, Specialty Products, and Individual and Family Plans, as well as Medicare. That experience gives Pam an intimate understanding of product and compliance knowledge, as well as industry relationships that she brings to the benefit of our team and clients. Pam has a B.A. in Communications from California State University Fullerton.
Pam has been the agency owner and broker of Benefits by Design Insurance Services since 2017. She partners with EVCO Insurance Services in Northern Calfornia and Auerbach & Gussin in Southern California to help service our group clients.
Terran O’Hara
Administrative Assistant
Terran O'Hara is new to Benefits by Design Inc, but brings a professional background to the forefront, with his 16 years of customer service experience in various business related positions. Terran has a passion to learn more about the industry and applies his own background and experiences to relate to people who are interested in obtaining insurance plans for themselves and their families. He is a High School graduate from El Camino High School. Terran is still in the process of pursuing a college degree and is a member of the San Diego Association of Health Professionals.
